Ride London is a hugely popular closed road 100 mile sportive through London and Surrey. Following a route inspired by the 2012 Olympic road race you will head out from the Olympic Park, through the city and then climb through the stunning Surrey Hills, before heading back for an iconic finish down The Mall.
With leg-testing climbs, you will be joining a route raced by Olympians. Every hour you train, each mile you climb and each pound you raise changes the lives of refugee children who are overlooked and forgotten.
We have charity places available, as part of our Ride for Refugees team, and would also encourage anyone who is successful in getting a ballot place to join our Ride for Refugees team to help support our work with refugee children by raising £100.
It costs just under £1 a day to help educate a Syrian refugee child in a tent school in Lebanon, and £100 can run a school for 100 children for a day. Read more about our work with refugees.
Please take this opportunity to do something amazing, and raise funds for Children on the Edge. Help us restore life, hope, colour and fun to some of the world’s most vulnerable children.
'Riding for 100 miles on closed roads past iconic London landmarks and into the countryside of Surrey was unforgettable; all while raising money for a truly worthwhile cause. What’s not to love?'
Carl, Ride for Refugees team member 2016
