Chichester Half Marathon Event
The Chichester Half Marathon Event is one of the most scenic races in Sussex, offering runners the chance to take on the Trundle and see some of Chichester's historic sites.
Over the past eight years, the event has raised over £120,000 for our work with vulnerable children around the world. This year we have handed over event management responsibility to Everyone Active, but our Run for Refugees team will still be taking part.
The 2020 Event is due to take place on Sunday 4th October 2020, in Chichester, West Sussex (where our UK office is based). We're looking for people to take on the race and raise £150 for Children on the Edge as part of our Run for Refugees Team.
In return for joining our team, you'll get:
Date: Sunday 4th October 2020
Registration Fee: Free
Fundraising Pledge: £150
Apply today and help make a difference for thousands of marginalised children, who are living as refugees. Find out more about our work with refugee children.
Children on the Edge
Children on the Edge exists to help marginalised and forgotten children, who are living on the edge of their societies. These are children without parental care, neglected or persecuted by their governments, ignored by international media and missed by large overseas agencies.
Working in partnership with local communities, we help to create safe, child friendly environments. We support children to realise their rights and we restore the ingredients of a full childhood by generating hope, life, colour and fun.
