There are so many ways your school can support Children on the Edge and hit milestones in your curriculum too.
Work with us to engage your school in learning more about children living on edge, and see how your support helps put children at the heart of everything we do.
SUPPORT CHILDREN ON THE EDGE AT YOUR SCHOOL
Support us with a one-off fundraising event or activity, get involved for a term or become a long-term partner.
If your school is fundraising for Children on the Edge then we’d be delighted to speak more about our work in an assembly or lesson, either virtually or in person if you're local to us in Chichester.

HALL GREEN INFANTSChildren at Hall Green Infants in Birmingham ran a sponsored daily mile every day in Refugee Week, raising £2,897.13!
We loved chatting with the Key Stage 1 students in a Virtual Assembly so they could hear how their fundraising would help children who are the same age living in a tough situation. |
THE PREBENDAL SCHOOLDedicated supporter and student at The Prebendal School, Holly, campaigned for Children on the Edge to be the school’s chosen charity for their Winter Term fundraising and won!
The school got busy and hosted a Big October Cake Bake, a Christmas Dash, a Michaelmas Concert and fancy dress day, and raised an amazing £1375.83. |
We decided to choose Children on the Edge for our Year 8 charity at The Prebendal school. Annie, their Fundraising Officer was really amazing supporting our work- she came to an assembly to tell us all about the charity, and helped with our mufti days, cake sales and Christmas run; she made all our fundraising so much fun. We loved the Children on the Edge T-shirts we got to wear too. |
FISHBOURNE PRIMARYFishbourne Primary’s vision and guiding principle in all they do is: 'There is only one you in this great big world... make it a better place', and in their thinking circle, they discussed the topic of refugees.
The amazing students at Fishbourne had no shortage of ideas on how they could support refugees and after an assembly from Children on the Edge, Fishbourne Primary dedicated their time and efforts to some fundraising in the spring term. |
“We contacted Children on the Edge in the autumn term because our children had been learning about the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and they were desperate to do something to make the world a better place to be for refugees around the world. We were put in touch with Annie in their Fundraising Team who was super-helpful and it was no time at all until she was visiting us in school, talking to the children about some of the projects overseas and answering a plethora of BIG questions from our children. We are so grateful to be able to work in partnership with and support such an amazing charity doing such important work. We know our little fish will be learning a great deal from this experience and for that we are very grateful indeed.” |
