Tough Mudder 2018 Application Form
Children on the Edge are thrilled to have 10 places available for the London South Tough Mudder event on Sunday 22nd September 2018.
To be considered for one of our charity team places, please complete this application form..
Tough Mudder is an enormous challenge; both in terms of training for tough 5 mile course and in reaching our fundraising target of £250.
The money raised from this event will support our work with vulnerable children around the world and you will be making a huge difference to the lives of vulnerable children.
We pay a fee for each place, so please only apply if you're confident that you are able to raise the minimum sponsorship amount of £250 and are committed to training appropriately for the event. Successful applicants will be asked to pay a registration fee of £40 to secure their place on the team. This fee is non-refundable once paid, even if you have to withdraw.
