​This Refugee Week,  Sanctuary in Chichester and Children on the Edge created an immersive experience for all ages, offering insight into life for refugees both abroad and here in Chichester. 

Attendees walked around a journey of installations, videos and artwork. They contributed their own ideas and creativity and recorded messages of welcome and support for refugees locally and in Bangladesh. Everyone was able to enjoy some Syrian refreshments and learn just how much refugees enrich the communities they journey to. Lastly, they had an opportunity to get involved and pledge support.

​TO MARK REFUGEE WEEK 2021, THROUGH OUR 'WE CANNOT WALK ALONE' EVENT, WE INVITED PEOPLE TO MAKE ONE OR MORE OF 9 SIMPLE PLEDGES.
