We are so grateful to have meaningful connections with schools, both locally and nationally, where we can inspire children to make a difference and stand in support of those who need it most.
Refugee Week kicks off on Monday 20th June and the theme for this year is ‘Healing’. We are asking schools up and down the country to get involved and explore the theme of healing through the medium of art.
Working on the edge takes us to some of the toughest circumstances, where we co-create protective environments so children can thrive, flourish and heal from trauma that they face in their very early lives.
We encourage the children we support to express themselves through creativity, it's an important part of our programmes and we'd love to see this reflected in the schools we have relationships with here in the UK.
It’s super simple to join in and take part this Refugee Week.
